Anstice Hall, Madeley, Telford, Shropshire

The Historic Anstice Hall in Madeley was subject to a complete refurbishment including a brand new coffee shop and kitchen.

A selection of freestanding, custom made, stainless steel benches and sinks along with cooking equipment, refrigeration and extraction were fitted in the main  kitchen.

The room to the rear accommodates a dishwasher and pre rinse set up along with additional fridge space.

It was essential that the kitchen was pleasing to the eye as customers can see the the open plan room.

The relatively small kitchen space, was designed to operate with optimum flow to maximise efficiency.

From storage to prep to cooking to serving, leaving all the washing up out of site to the rear
